Optional smalls exchange at 11:00am on Saturday, August 15th:

• Participation is optional. This involves making an item of your choosing, using any craft (stitching, knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc!) to share with someone at the retreat. You bring one, you pick one!
• Please place your item in a wrapper or gift bag so the contents are a surprise. Add your name (and perhaps table number) inside the bag as well, as giftees generally want to thank you in person – this can be the best part!
• You may also add extra goodies if you wish – please limit this to a maximum of $10USD / $12CAD.
• You will place your gift bag on the designated table on Saturday morning.
• At 11:00am we will call up participants from each table to go pick a gift from the exchange table.
• Open your gift and if you like, once all gifts are picked, go find your gifter!

What should I bring to the retreat?

Please bring your own crafting supplies and projects you wish to work on during the retreat.

The space is well lit but you may consider bringing a portable light, as well as items such as: portable batteries for those electronic patterns!, goodies to share with your table mates and friends, reusable water bottle with lid, cushions for your back.

In advance of the Retreat: you will receive a Retreat Waiver, to fill out and return to us, about 3 weeks before the event.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your registration, the following will apply:

• cancellations prior to June 30th: full refund less a non-refundable fee of $50;
• cancellations after June 30th: we will not be able to issue a refund due to having already paid the venue.
• Regardless of timing, cancellations of non-retreat costs such as accommodations and travel are also your responsibility.
